Companies are social systems in which everything is interconnected. They consist of different, networked elements – employees, leaders, processes, and structures. Nothing happens in isolation. Everything has an impact on everything else. Our approach is based on the principles of systems theory.

SCIENTIFICALLY GROUNDED

Effective consulting needs a solid theoretical foundation. We work with scientifically proven methods that work for both employees and the business. In our work, we draw on findings from empirical research.

This includes elements from psychological behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy. We also draw on insights from behavioral research, group dynamics, and sociology.
