My passion
I believe in the creative power of communication. How we communicate makes our thoughts and thus our personality visible. People in a leadership position have a crucial communicator role as mediators between the company and its employees. This is especially true in change situations. I support executives in positioning themselves credibly vis-à-vis their employees and stakeholders and in developing their full impact through coherent communication.
