My passion
Coaching is a space where the coachee can think aloud about him/herself and his/her professional activity, find solutions for his/her issues, which leads to more security and sovereignty in daily activities and also in his/her personality.
This includes a variety of inspiring methods: enabling a change of perspective, asking creative questions, creating orientation and clarity, trying out solutions, etc..
On the basis of this, my whole passion is, creating a personal development, a trusting and inspiring learning community for the coachee.
I accompany my coachees with heart and mind.
