I am fascinated by transitions – those phases when what worked in the past no longer does, while what comes next is not yet clearly visible. Turning uncertainty into orientation, identifying new possibilities for growth and translating them into concrete perspectives for the future is at the heart of my work. This is what inspires me both in my coaching practice and in working with teams through transformational processes.
